    Acceptance

The hardest part…admitting there is a problem! Whether it is slumping sales, marketing campaigns not working, loss of market share or financial. It’s clear it is no longer working as it used to.

    Auditing and Anaylsis

Rip it all open…auditing and analysis is the step where we look at EVERYTHING and EVERYONE! We’re not looking for mistakes, we are analyzing the results to see where we can tweak for maximum results.

Do we need specialists to assist? Human resources/IT/Marketing…no one person can be the expert in everything!

Do we have the right people doing the right things? Are the expenses outpacing the revenue and how can we control that?

    Arrange

This step is about putting the pieces together to ensure our transition plan has the highest chance for success and deliver results.

We’re ready to launch the changes! This step could take days, months or years depending on the complexity of the Transition.

During this step some be ready for some disruption and some refocus because once launched, adjustment is almost always necessary.

This step also requires constant analysis to ensure the plan is delivering on future focused results!
